I actually also have 2 cars, 10 bikes and a few push bikes in Sanur but I love wandering around Ceningan. My house is in the south near the zip liner but I can walk to the yellow bridge to Lembongan in about 40 minutes.
Thereisn't an airport on nusa lembongan. You'll need to get a boat to nusa lembongan and then walk across the bridge to nusa ceningan. Best thing to do is get a taxi from the boat and ask them to take you all the way there because Avia is at the top of several hills on nusa ceningan. NusaLembongan is the more central location with more restaurants, surf breaks and accomm. Cenningan is lovely but its a little quieter.If you stay on Lembongan, ceningan is only a small bike ride over a bridge. Hotels etc will depend on your budget as they range from budget to luxury. Let us know your budget. 2. Fromour properties, it takes about 15-minutes to get to the Yellow Bridge. Trucks currently cannot get across the bridge to Nusa Ceningan. If you are on a scooter you can ride across the Yellow Bridge, however if you are on the back of a taxi truck, you will need to walk across the Yellow Bridge (about 200m) and get another taxi on Nusa Ceningan.
